Warren is the President and Chief of HR Advisory Services of TAHR Services Inc and former co-founder of SymbianceHR and SymbianceHiRe. As a business management consultant with specialized subject matter expertise in Human Resources, he continues to provide strategic leadership in both human capital management and business operations.

Warren is a human resources management subject matter expert with over 28 years of experience as a strategic human resources business partner, project manager, and people leader across private and public sector organizations. In his current role, he is responsible for all human resources, operations, quality, marketing, service delivery, engagement, and strategic planning for clients across the country.

Warren has a proven track record of providing executive coaching and guidance to business leaders and human resource professionals at all levels including the C-Suite of Fortune 100 companies, law firms, professional services organizations, academic institutions, and small business leaders.  Warren has served on the Board of Directors for DE SHRM, the Golden Gate Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, and the Salida Community Center.

Warren holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management, an MBA in Project Management, and a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Warren is the author of “Applicant Interview Preparation – Practical Coaching for Today” and the co-author of “Leading Your International School.”

As a presenter and trainer, Warren has been the lead speaker for the SHRM Diversity and Inclusion conference, presented at numerous state and national conferences for SHRM, and delivered workshops and sessions at the national ALA conferences.  Further, covering a broad range of HR and Business Leadership topics, Warren has presented to a myriad of associations and organizations during conferences or via webinars and workshops.  Warren also enjoys facilitating C-Suite retreats and strategic planning sessions.
