Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity is excited to invite you to the 10th Annual Mac & Cheese Bake-Off/Silent Auction Fundraising event featuring ‘Anything Pasta’! Our fundraiser will occur at Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort Pavilion on Thursday, July 25th, 2024 at 5:30 PM. This event supports Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity's mission to provide safe and affordable housing to needy families. 

As we gear up for our much anticipated 10th Annual Mac & Cheese Bake-Off, we are inviting bakers to unleash their culinary creativity with our new 'Anything Pasta' feature. It's your chance to go beyond the traditional mac & cheese and push the boundaries of pasta or add your twist to mac & cheese.

• Individuals, church groups, businesses, restaurants, or seasoned chefs, are invited to showcase their culinary skills. Baker registrations are due by July 20th.
• We provide a variety of sponsorship levels designed to elevate your business or organization's visibility at our Chaffee County pasta fundraiser event. To become a sponsor, simply choose the sponsorship level that aligns best with your objectives and submit it by July 17th. 
• If you or your business would like to donate items to help raise money for Habitat, please arrange to have your auction items to us by July 18th.

In addition to an array of delicious pasta dishes, this year's event will also include salad, dessert, a cash bar, and music by DJ the DJ. Silent auction bidding will be made available online before the event where you can view and bid on your favorite items; bids can still be placed at the event where items will be showcased in person. Bidding commences on Wednesday, July 24th at noon and closes on Friday, July 26th at 7:15 PM. Winners will be notified during the week of July 31st.

Adult tickets for the event are $25.00 if purchased in advance, and $35.00 on the day of. Tickets for children ages 12 and under are $10.00. One complimentary event ticket per baker. All proceeds from this event will benefit Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity’s effort to raise awareness of the need for affordable housing in our community. Our focus is not simply the construction of homes, but also the empowerment of families in Chaffee County.
