Buena Vista Recreation is partnering with Achieve, Inc to offer social programs targeted towards individuals with neurodivergences (such as autism spectrum, ADHD) and similar mental health challenges. The outings will provide an opportunity to for teens to build social and cognitive skills, teamwork skills and gain overall confidence. The hot springs outing is a one day event starting at the Community Center in BV meeting as a group at 1:15 pm in order to depart on the BV Rec bus at 1:30 pm. Participants will swim at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs for about 1.5 hours and return to the Community Center close to 4:00 pm. Transportation to and from the community center is available from Salida and Leadville.
